**We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Rehabilitation to oversee our rehabilitation department.**
- **Contract Weeks:8 weeks with possible extension**:

- **Guaranteed Hours: 40hrs**

**Duties**:

- Develop and implement rehabilitation programs in accordance with organizational policies and procedures
- Supervise and coordinate the work of rehabilitation staff
- Manage budgeting and financial aspects of the rehabilitation department
- Provide medical administrative support and ensure compliance with JCAHO standards
- Utilize Dentrix or similar software for practice management
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of rehabilitation services
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care

**Job Type**: Contract

Pay: $60.00 - $65.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- Director of Rehab: 1 year (required)
