**Who You Are**:
**What You’ll Do**:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide personalized assistance and advice to customers based on their preferences and needs.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Proactively engage with customers to promote products and achieve sales targets.
- Knowledgeably communicate information about current promotions, discounts, and product features.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Maintain a visually appealing and organized store layout.
- Assist with restocking shelves, folding clothes, and arranging displays to showcase merchandise effectively.
- Monitor and report on inventory levels to support stock replenishment efforts.
- Educate customers on the features and benefits of various products.
- Continuously update knowledge of store policies, procedures, and promotions.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure a smooth flow of operations.

**What You’ll Bring**:

- Previous retail experience preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Basic math skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
- Flexibility in working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Lift and carry merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Bend, stoop, and reach to perform tasks.

**Available Shifts**:

- Monday-Friday, and rotating weekends
- Morning, day, evening, and night shifts

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.10 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 25 per week

**Benefits**:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Night shift

Weekly day range:

- Monday to Friday
- Rotating weekends
- Weekends as needed
