**What your day looks like**:
The Feed Loader and Laborer will be responsible for loading outbound trucks of feed deliveries and general housekeeping duties deemed necessary by mill Management.

May be responsible for all or part of the following duties and responsibilities to be determined by the Mill Manager, Mill Supervisor, Mill Shift Supervisor:

- This is a temporary feed loader and laborer role from April to November 2024.
- Pull delivery tickets for assigned load and communicate delivery information to driver.
- Visually and physically inspect feed samples for Quality of feed being delivered.
- Verify loads are within Wenger and Customer's specifications.
- Retain required samples for internal testing.
- Process delivery tickets in a timely manner for confirmation of shipment.
- Sweep and remove dust, debris, and spilled products throughout the loadout area.
- Remove cobwebs by use of an air hose or extendable brush.
- Responsible for cleanliness of loadout offices and surrounding areas.
- Manage the storage of retained feed samples on a weekly basis.
- Other duties as assigned by Management

**Who you are**:

- High School Diploma or GED (preferred)
- Valid (Class A) CDL and good driving record (cdl not required but willing to work with a cdl holder)
- Previous work experience performing basic housekeeping duties
- Organizational skills, initiative, and ability to handle multiple priorities and tasks
- Flexible and adaptable to changing schedule
- Self-motivated, positive attitude
- Ability to manage time effectively
- Ability to climb ladders and work in high places
- Ability to perform heavy lifting (maximum 80 pounds)
- Ability to work in dusty conditions
