**Key responsibilities**:

- Identify and recruit prospective students through various outreach efforts, such as high school visits, college fairs, and community events.
- Provide comprehensive information about academic programs, admission requirements, financial aid, scholarships, and campus life to prospective students and their families.
- Implement call, text, and interactive communication to engage prospective students.
- Maintain detailed reports in the CRM system regarding student contacts, yields, and interactions.
- Cultivate and maintain collaborative relationships with secondary markets, including high school guidance counselors, students, and families.
- Leverage relationship to promote the university's programs and opportunities effectively.
- Offer personalized support to address individual concerns and questions throughout the admissions process.
- Ensure a smooth and positive experience for each student, from initial inquiry to enrollment.
- Serve on rotation as a counselor on duty for incoming students and families, providing assistance and support as needed.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the admissions leadership team.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in admissions, sales, recruitment, or related fields within higher education.
- Must have and maintain valid driver’s license.

**Knowledge, skills, and abilities**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and other technology platforms for communication and data management.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and support to prospective students and families.
- Must be able to travel throughout the assigned territory, requiring some evenings and weekends
