Lmft, Lcsw, Lpcc

Job Overview:
We are seeking a LMFT, LCSW, LPCC to work in-person in Riverside, telehealth is also available on some days. In this position will be responsible for providing mental health services to children and families. Your role will involve conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions to support the well-being of our clients. Support is always available to you and is the heart of the culture at The Counseling Center.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings
- Provide counseling and therapy services to individuals, families, and groups
- Utilize evidence-based practices such as motivational interviewing and group therapy
- Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care for clients
- Provide crisis intervention services when necessary
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client interactions in accordance with HIPAA regulations

**Experience**:
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

- Valid license as a LMFT, LCSW or LPCC
- Strong skills in patient care and therapeutic techniques
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

**Job Type**: Contract

Pay: $70.00 - $85.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 10 per week
