**Start up or existing companies looking to add properties on their route in the morning servicing the Concord and Berkeley area.

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a skilled Gardener/Landscaper Tea,m to join our team. The Gardener/ Landscaper will be responsible for the maintenance and care of the plants, flowers, and green spaces within our organization.

**Duties**:

- Perform groundskeeping duties such as mowing, edging, and weeding
- Plant new greenery, flowers, and trees
- Prune trees and shrubs to ensure health and aesthetics
- Operate power tools and hand tools for garden maintenance
- Irrigate plants as needed to maintain proper hydration levels
- Assist in greenhouse operations if applicable
- Collaborate with the landscaping team on larger projects
- Maintain farm areas if present
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks as required

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in garden care and groundskeeping techniques
- Experience with power tools commonly used in gardening
- Knowledge of lawn care practices
- Ability to use a variety of hand tools effectively
- Understanding of irrigation systems and watering needs
- Familiarity with greenhouse operations if relevant
- Previous experience in landscape maintenance is beneficial
