As a WDF Laundry Attendant at Bubbles LaundryRoom, you will be expected to clean the laundromat as well as wash, dry, fold, and hang customer clothing and linens. You will need to track orders through a POS system keeping them organized so nothing is lost.

You will help customers by providing excellent customer service.

You will be responsible for maintaining a clean environment and providing basic maintenance on machines.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Wash, clean, dry, and fold customer laundry items
- Sort the laundry items according to material and color
- Arrange clothes in the laundry room as per the specifications
- Wrap, hang and/or bag the laundry items for pickup or delivery
- Enter customer info into POS system to track and record orders
- Maintain cleanliness in the laundry room, completing daily cleaning routines
- Frequently sweep, mop, empty trash, and wipe machines (Every 20 minutes)
- Clean up spills and throw away any trash left by customers
- Assist customers as needed in loading and unloading laundry washers and dryers
- Respond to customer complaints in a professional manner
- Provide various other laundry services if required

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Friendly with great customer service skills
- Dress in professional manner with **Bubbles LaundryRoom** uniform and name badge
- Extensive experience in using laundry detergents and cleaning equipment (preferred)
- Ability to work for long hours as well as work on nights and weekends is required
- Ability to lift heavy materials, objects, and climb ladder
- A problem solver with quick decision-making skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to calculate effectively using basic arithmetic skills
- Excellent time management skills and attention to detail

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
