We are currently seeking a dedicated Commis Chef to join our production kitchen team and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional dining experiences.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist senior chefs in the preparation and assembly of ingredients for meal production.
- Follow standardized recipes and portion sizes to ensure consistency in taste and presentation.
- Execute basic cooking techniques such as chopping, slicing, grilling, sautéing, and frying.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including equipment and workstations.
- Always adhere to food safety and sanitation standards.
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving, storing, and rotating ingredients.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items and improve existing recipes.
- Support senior chefs during service by ensuring timely and accurate preparation of orders.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while working in a team-oriented environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Head Chef or Kitchen Manager.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience working in a professional kitchen environment preferred.
- Culinary degree or certification from a recognized culinary institution is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of food safety principles and practices.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Physical stamina and dexterity to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects for extended periods.
- Passion for food and a desire to learn and grow in a culinary career.

- formal culinary: 3 years (preferred)
