**THE POSITION**:
Are you a human resource professional interested in starting a new and exciting chapter in your career? The Department of Corrections Human Resource (HR) office is seeking a Human Resource Analyst 2 with excellent communication skills and exceptional work ethic to join our team. While working within the Talent Management Division in the Department of Corrections (DOC) HR Office, you will be providing talent planning services, including talent acquisition actions submitted by the Department of Corrections. **Work Schedule and Additional Information**:

- Full-time employment
- Work hours are 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with 30-minute lunch.

**REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY**:
**QUALIFICATIONS**

**Minimum Experience and Training Requirements**:

- One year as a Human Resource Analyst 1 including six months in the area of the parenthetical; **or**:

- One year of experience in the performance of professional human resource duties, including six months of experience in the area of the parenthetical; and a bachelor's degree; **or**:

- An equivalent combination of experience and training.

**Other Requirements**:

- You must be able to perform essential job functions.
