An Insurance customer service representative manages insurance company inquiries, resolves service problems, documents customer requests, and finalizes policy adjustments.

This position also includes;
- Answering phones
- Calling a customer database
- Entering new customer information into a platform
- Assist the agent as needed.

This is an entry level position with the opportunity for advancement. An Insurance license is not required to apply.

Pay is based on experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
