**Role**:
Southern Maryland Dietitian is growing and onboarding new clients. The Community Dietitian may conduct nutrition assessments and provide education at group homes, facilities, group events. Assignments, location, and job duties may vary. The RD in this role may see one-on-one patients in our Charles County office.

We are seeking RD's who have clinical experience with a range of nutrition conditions. Experience in long term care, primary care, nutrition counseling, and public speaking is desirable.

**Responsibilities**:

- One-on-one nutrition counseling & medical nutrition therapy.
- Nutrition education, counseling and behavioral change.
- Maintain documentation.
- Assist with scheduling follow up appointments.
- Stay in communication with practice administrative staff regarding schedule, patient care, and related responsibilities.
- Must be Registered Dietitian with 2+ years of experience.
- Must be or become licensed in Maryland.
- Must have or obtain own professional liability insurance.

**Job Types**: Contract, PRN

Pay: From $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 - 20 per week
