As an Identity and Access Management Analyst, you’ll design, develop, and operate identity and account management tools and processes that manage/govern access across the enterprise. This role is engaged in developing solutions, framework, roadmap, program optimization, process engineering, risk remediation, and mitigation of operational risk. This role actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.

**Responsibilities**:

- Analyzes, designs and develops security solutions with Cybersecurity architects to ensure it is consistent with corporate technology goals and risk tolerance levels. Designs and implements solutions to align with the Cybersecurity Strategy
- Collaborates with cross-functional resources to drive progress toward cyber initiatives or risk remediation deliverables
- Ensures compliance to audit, regulatory and legal requirements

Minimum Qualifications

**At a minimum, here’s what we need from you**:

- Bachelors - Information Security, Information Technology, Analytics, Business or Project Management
- 4+ Years - Information Security, Information Technology, Business, Analytics, Project Management or related
- In lieu of a degree 6+ Years - Information Security, Information Technology, Business, Analytics, Project Management or related
- Internal applicants only: technical proficiency rating of competent on the Dreyfus cybersecurity scale

Preferred Qualifications

**Bonus Points If You Have**:

- Identity Management tools: NetIQ, SailPoint, Saviynt, or similar
- Identity & Access Management provisioning
- NetIQ specific modules: Designer, iManager, iMonitor
- Developing IDM Drivers
- Identity Governance development
- Access Certifications development and engineering
- Experience with Java, XML, JSON, and scripting languages
- REST Connectors, SCIM, Ansible, and Angular/React highly desirable

**Compensation**: The base pay for this position generally ranges between $88,500.00 to $149,300.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
