Bakery Lead

**Job Summary**: We are seeking a skilled Bakery Lead to join our team. The Baker will be responsible for preparing a variety of baked goods, following traditional and modern recipes to create high-quality pastries and bread. **Responsibilities**: - Prepare a wide range of baked goods such as bread, cakes, cookies, and pastries - Measure and mix ingredients to form dough or batter - Bake items in ovens or on grills - Decorate baked goods using icing, glazes, and other toppings - Ensure all products are baked according to quality standards - Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed - Maintain a clean and organized work area **Skills**: - Experience in baking and pastry preparation - Knowledge of various baking techniques and methods - Ability to operate kitchen equipment such as mixers, ovens, and dough sheeters - Strong attention to detail to ensure consistency in product quality - Excellent time management skills to meet production schedules - Customer service-oriented with good communication skills **Nice-to-have Skills**: - Familiarity with coffee preparation - Experience in catering services - Proficiency with Aloha POS system - Background in food service management - Knowledge of fine dining standards - Culinary expertise in various cuisines - Previous experience as a cook or baker in a professional kitchen

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
