Customer Service Specialist

Your Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional service to assigned B2B customer accounts.
- Manage new customer onboarding, including data entry and database maintenance.
- Address inquiries regarding lead times, services, and orders.
- Collaborate with production, sales, engineering, and shipping teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Utilize EDI proficiency to streamline processes.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications:
- 3 years of B2B customer service experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with EDI systems.
- College education is advantageous.
