Marketing Strategist

TDC Marketing is currently seeking a full-time Marketing Strategist. We're a Fractional CMO, focused on Integrated Marketing with an emphasis on content, who runs a variety of marketing stacks for private companies, non-profit organizations, and government organizations. Please note, this position is 'hybrid/flexible', but assume 90% of the time the team meets in-person at our location in Harrisonburg, Virginia as our team highly values the constructive collisions that lead to impromptu creative developments, which lead to positive outcomes for our clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Set specific marketing goals for clients
- Design and implement marketing strategies aligned with business targets
- Analyze marketing metrics
- Forecast market trends
- Generate innovative ideas to promote our clients’ brand, products, or services
- Address paid, owned, and shared content needs
- Ensure brand consistency through all marketing channels
- Use customer feedback to ensure client satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams and ensure brand consistency
- Establish a strong, long-term digital presence

Requirements and Skills:

- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proven work experience (or strong interest) as a Marketing strategist or Marketing manager
- Demonstrable experience with marketing toolsets and web technologies
- Knowledge of CRM software and Content Management Systems
- Familiarity with SEO/SEM and Google Analytics
- Understanding of web design
- Strong analytical skills
- Team management skills

Pay: $48,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
