Our thriving medical malpractice defense practice is looking for dynamic self-starters and team players with outstanding communication skills to join us in our Westchester office.

Qualifications:

- JD from an accredited law school
- Must be admitted to practice in New York
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in medical malpractice defense
- Excellent legal writing and communication skills

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage a caseload, working cases from beginning to end
- Represent clients in a wide range of medical malpractice and general liability insurance defense claims
- Handle court appearances and conduct depositions
- Communicate with clients and provide status reports
- Draft motion papers

Pay: $140,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
