Packer

Overview:
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and reliable individual to join our team as a part time Packer. As a Packer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and efficient packaging of crackers for shipment. This is a physically demanding position that requires standing all day and operating at a fast pace. During the summer season this job fluctuates, some weeks we have work, some we do not. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who is not looking to work a set schedule and full time, for example, you may work 40 hours one week and then nothing the next, and 40 the week after. This is an on call position, but try to give a heads up when we expect more work. We do have other work opportunities for those that may want additional hours. Full time positions are available as well.

Work Days: Monday to Thursday 7am to 5pm. Closed Friday to Sunday.

**Duties**:

- Package products according to specified guidelines and quality standards
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet required specifications
- Operate equipment such as pallet jacks, case sealer and stretch wrap machine
- Load and unload products onto pallets or trucks
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a warehouse or production environment preferred
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform repetitive tasks
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Please note that this position requires physical stamina and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 - 40 per week
