Able to maintain and fix equipment. Experience with plumbing, electric, and general maintenance required.
- Maintains clean, safe and properly operating buildings, grounds systems and equipment in compliance with all branch and association policies and local, county, state and federal laws and regulations.
- Manages a preventative maintenance program that maximizes the useful life and efficiency of all property and equipment assigned to the branch(s).
- Walks the property and facility to ensure everything is working properly: light bulbs, possible leaks, paint, filters, etc.
- Maintains long
- and short-term Repair & Replacement plans for the branches.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week

- Facilities maintenance: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:
