We are currently seeking a skilled NetSuite Administrator to join our team and support our business operations..

**Who You Are**

**Key Responsibilities**

1. System Configuration and Customization:

- Configure and customize NetSuite modules to align with business requirements, including but not limited to financials, inventory management, and order processing.
- Develop and maintain custom scripts, workflows, and saved searches to automate processes and enhance system functionality.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand business needs and translate them into NetSuite solutions.

2. User Support and Training:

- Provide ongoing support to end-users, troubleshooting issues, and resolving system errors in a timely manner.
- Develop and deliver training programs to educate users on NetSuite functionality, best practices, and new features.
- Create and maintain user documentation and training materials to facilitate knowledge transfer and ensure system adoption.

3. Data Management and Reporting:

- Manage data imports, exports, and integrations with third-party systems to maintain data integrity and consistency.
- Design and generate custom reports and dashboards to provide insights into key performance metrics and support decision-making processes.
- Perform routine data audits and system maintenance tasks to ensure data accuracy and reliability.

4. System Upgrades and Enhancements:

- Stay informed about NetSuite updates, releases, and new features, evaluating their potential impact on business operations.
- Plan and execute system upgrades and enhancements in coordination with IT and business stakeholders, ensuring mínimal disruption to day-to-day activities.
- Test and validate changes to the system configuration, workflows, and integrations to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a NetSuite Administrator or similar role, with a strong understanding of NetSuite ERP functionality and architecture.
- Proficiency in SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, and SuiteAnalytics for customization and automation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

**Not Required, but preferred**
- NetSuite certification(s) preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
