**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outside sales activities to close deals for solar energy systems. - *Appointments Provided* - NO DOOR KNOCKING
- Utilize technical knowledge of solar products and services to effectively communicate with potential customers
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers to ensure mutually beneficial agreements
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing any concerns or questions
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions to identify new sales opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solar solutions for customers

**Skills**:

- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in technical or energy-related industries
- Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable contracts and pricing
- Multilingual or bilingual proficiency, particularly in Spanish, to effectively communicate with diverse customer base
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software for tracking leads and managing customer relationships
- Knowledge of the solar energy market and sales strategies specific to the industry

Pay: $138,280.00 - $220,502.00 per year
