**Job Title: Manager, Social Services Case Management**

**Location: South San Francisco, CA, US**

**Permanent Position**

**Salary: Depends on experience + Benefits + $10000 Sign-On Bonus**

**Description**:

- Lead the development and oversight of social services programs, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with community resources and medical center departments to enhance services and streamline patient care.
- Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and maintain social services policies and procedures.
- Manage social services case management activities.
- Supervise staff, ensuring competency and providing training.
- Recommend and implement new programs to improve patient care and reduce healthcare utilization.
- Manage departmental budget and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
- Identify and utilize community resources for members.
- Collaborate with community organizations to enhance services available to members.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Conduct quality assurance of programs and staff.
- Resolve issues impacting service delivery.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience in medical social work.
- Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (California).
- National Provider Identifier required.
- Strong knowledge of fiscal management.
- Familiarity with different levels of healthcare and human development theories.
- Ability to work in a Labor/Management Partnership environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- 5+ years of supervisory experience in medical social work.

**Non-Negotiable Requirements**:

- Medical Social Worker experience
- LCSW License
- Leadership experience

**Nice-to-Have Skills**:

- Additional leadership experience

Pay: $130,000.00 - $170,000.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call

Work setting:

- In-person
