**Position**
❖ Communicating with recurring service vendors on properties including timeline adherence, quality standards, and negotiating pricing
❖ Sourcing local subcontractors/companies to complete recurring services such as grass cuts and snow removals
❖ Answers management requests or inquiries concerning billing, timelines, and report problem areas
❖ Ensures appropriate order issuing, in accordance with timelines and requirements for recurring services
❖ Responsible for field rep interaction throughout the assigned territory/client
❖ Responsible for improving customer satisfaction through adhering to timelines and quality standards
❖ Continually maintain a working knowledge of department-specific items and tasks
❖ Utilizing internal software systems and Microsoft Office productivity software for workload management
❖ Performs other duties as assigned

❖ Effective communication skills both oral and written
❖ Past Sales experience
❖ Ability to quickly learn company and client software
❖ Ability to prioritize and effectively manage daily workload
❖ A positive approach to problem-solving
❖ Efficient negotiation skills
❖ Strong organizational skills
❖ Proficient with computers and computer programs
❖ Strong customer service skills
❖ Ability to have a quiet work-from-home environment, complete with capable high-speed internet and free from distraction

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Weekly day range:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Recurring Services Management: 2 years (preferred)
- Third Party Recruitment: 1 year (preferred)
