Fire Sprinkler Fitter

Job Overview:
UA Local 821 is seeking skilled Fire Sprinkler Fitters for a long-term industrial project at Cape Canaveral, FL.

**Duties**:

- Install, inspect, and repair fire sprinkler systems
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Build and weld piping systems
- Install and perform maintenance on fire sprinkler equipment
- Conduct system tests to ensure proper functioning

**Requirements**:

- Experience in fire sprinkler fitting and installation
- Proficiency in stick welding, threading, and mechanical joint techniques
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to rig piping systems
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations

Compensation:

- $34+/hr
- Retirement Pension

Project is working 4-10hr shifts, with overtime likely becoming available.

Work with dignity and fair compensation on one of the signature construction projects in the state of Florida.

Pay: From $34.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
