**Salary**: $63,000-$69,000 per year (depending on experience and licensure)

**Setting**:
Join a fantastic organization dedicated to providing outpatient community health treatment. We are seeking a full-time Clinician for this rewarding position, working with a supportive staff in an organization that values community outreach and support.

**Daily Schedule**:
In-person Monday-Friday; two days 12PM-8PM, three days flexible 9-5 or 12-8. Responsibilities include meeting with individuals on the caseload, team meetings, and facilitating groups. The program runs outpatient and IOP programs.

**Requirements**:

- Master's degree in Social Work or related field.
- At least one year of experience in a therapeutic role.
- LCSW, LMSW, LPC, LPC-a, LMFT, MFT-a, or LADC.
- Bilingual Spanish/English is required bonus offered.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide group and individual therapy in both IOP and OP settings.
- Conduct diagnostic assessments, create treatment plans, and offer aftercare recommendations.
- Make clinical referrals as needed.
- Ensure timely completion of all required record-keeping.
- Maintain current, comprehensive program and resident records meeting agency and funding source standards.
- Ensure compliance with appropriate licensing and quality improvement systems.
- Participate in the assessment of individual referrals, admissions, and discharges.
- Attend regular supervision, staff meetings, training seminars, and case reviews.
- Adhere to all policies and procedures of the Foundation.

Pay: $63,000.00 - $69,000.00 per year
