Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Junior Caller. In this role, you will be responsible for leveraging cutting-edge automated calling technology to connect with small business owners and pre-qualify them for lending opportunities. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, results-driven environment while making a meaningful impact on the success of small businesses nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:

- Utilize advanced automated calling technology to reach out to small business owners.
- Conduct scripted calls to pre-qualify businesses for lending opportunities.
- Gather relevant information from potential clients to assess their financing needs.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and client information in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and lending products to effectively communicate options to clients.

Qualifications:

- No degrees required
- Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is a plus, but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
