As a Stockroom Utility Operator at Q’s HVAC Inc, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our stockroom. You will be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, organizing stockroom materials, and supporting the production team by ensuring timely and accurate delivery of materials. This is a hands-on position that requires a proactive attitude, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and supplies against purchase orders and packing lists.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using our inventory management system.
- Organize and store materials in designated locations within the stockroom.
- Perform regular inventory audits and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Prepare and stage materials for production and assembly lines as needed.
- Assist in the packaging and labeling of finished goods.
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Keep the stockroom clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
- Collaborate with the production and procurement teams to address material shortages and discrepancies.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a stockroom, warehouse, or similar environment is preferred.
- Proficient in using inventory management software and basic computer skills.
- Ability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment (certification preferred).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $39.00 - $41.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
