Entry Level Construction Project Manager

The Entry Level Construction Project Manager will assist with assigned projects with adherence to planning, execution, monitoring, and closing within standard project management methodology.
**Responsibilities**:
- Analyze and predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner.
- Develop pre-construction RFP package and assist in the development of cost estimates.
- Review Request for Proposals, Submitted Proposals and Work Orders for issues, conflicts or missing items, develop, manage and maintain a detailed project schedule and work flow.
- Analyze and understand project scope and objectives.
- Coordination of deliveries, material staging and storage as well as troubleshooting issues with deliveries.
- Perform project scheduling, ensuring project quality control and establish overall project logistics.
- Provide project updates on a consistent basis and report to managing member strategy, adjustments and progress. Keeping accurate daily logs and documenting the process.
- Schedule and attend required inspections. Immediately follow up and schedule corrections if required. Manage re-inspection to minimize delays.
- Track project costs in order to meet budget.
- Responsible for communicating with people involved in a project (owners, vendors, subcontractors, design team, etc.)
- Reviews plans and drawings, prepare estimated according to budget, hold meetings and set and oversee construction schedules.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management. Recent graduates with a degree in Construction Management may be considered.
- 2 years’ experience in the multi family/commercial construction industry preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and strong computer skills with a variety of software.
