Lawn Maintenance Foreman is directly responsible for overseeing a 2 to 3 man crew. This crews purpose is to provide quality landscape maintenance to our residential clients. Foreman will be responsible for all work related documentation as well as time management on each job. In addition, the foreman will need to demonstrate good communication skills with our customers, coworkers, and management. Lawn Maintenance Foreman will drive a truck and trailer so a valid Indiana drivers license with a clean driving record is mandatory. Other requirements include but are not limited to, experience using commercial mowing equipment in a safe manner, the ability to learn the expectation of quality and deliver that level of quality on a daily basis.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 45 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No nights

**Experience**:

- Lawn Maintenance: 2 years (required)

License/Certification:

- Indiana Drivers License (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Zionsville, IN: Relocate before starting work (required)
