Warehouse Associate

**Job Summary**:
Join our team as a Warehouse Associate at our Irwindale location, where you will be an integral part of our daily operations. This role involves a variety of tasks including shipping, receiving, product handling, minor repairs, and cleaning. You will work closely under the guidance of the Warehouse Operations Supervisor to ensure efficient and effective operations while upholding the highest standards of safety and quality.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in shipping and receiving, including the unloading and checking in of merchandise.
- Sort, organize, and store inventory in the proper location.
- Handle products, including minor repairs, installation of replacement parts, and cleaning prior to shipment.
- Package items in accordance with established procedures and standards.
- Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy in physical counts versus system records.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, complying with all safety procedures.
- Operate warehouse equipment and tools with proper training and supervision.
- Report any discrepancies or issues to the Warehouse Operations Supervisor promptly.
- Support the implementation of e-commerce strategies and warehouse operations adjustments.

**Required Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, standing, and walking for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts), with certifications being a plus.
- Experience in handling after-sales services and repairs.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
