Breakfast Attendant

JOB SUMMARY:
To set up breakfast according to hotel standards and to maintain proper food levels during regular breakfast hours. To maintain cost control of items and a sanitary work environment.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Follow all OSHA and SERVSAFE procedures with the handling of food.

2. Set-up and keep stocked the breakfast area during operational hours of breakfast.

3. Maintains a safe environment in the breakfast area for our guests.

4. Responsible for the storage of all food.

5. Responsible for tearing down the breakfast buffet, putting all items away and cleaning of all machines and serving pieces.

6. Wipes down table and chairs as needed during operational hours.

7. Assists guests with getting/making any breakfast items.

8. Offers guests refills on coffee and juice.

9. Responsible for keeping inventories of all products used in the breakfast area.

10. Responsible for ordering of all supplies used in the breakfast area.

11. Has an overall pleasant attitude and understands that the guests come first.

12. Removes and disposes of any debris in a timely fashion.

13. Any other duties as assigned.
