Bike Technician

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Technician to join our team. As a Technician, you will be responsible for performing various duties related to assembly, maintenance, and repair of equipment. This is a hands-on role that requires strong mechanical aptitude and excellent customer service skills. Proficiency in both English and Mandarin Chinese is required.

**Duties**:

- Assemble and disassemble equipment according to specifications
- Troubleshoot and diagnose e-bike aftersales issues
- Communicate with Bike Shops to perform tech support
- Utilize power tools and hand tools to complete tasks
- Conduct Hydraulic disc brake repairs and replacements
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Assist with inventory management and stocking of parts
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

**Experience**:

- Previous experience as an E-Bike Mechanic or Technician preferred
- Proficient in using power tools, hand tools, and diagnostic equipment
- Knowledge of brake repair procedures
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Basic understanding of retail math for sales transactions
- Experience in retail sales is a plus
