**Illustrative examples of work include**:

- Builds, installs, maintains, and repairs chain link fences, wooden fences, backstops, playground equipment, barbecues, and picnic tables by using construction hand and power tools, sledgehammers, wire cutters, etc.
- Maintenance of Pool facility. Cleaning and other general maintenance.
- Repairs, sands, scrapes, paints, or stains tables, benches, fences, signs, doors, windows, and small structures.
- Mows, aerates, trims, and edges turf areas; rakes, sweeps, and vacuums leaves, trimmings, and clippings; weeds, cultivates, plants, fertilizes, irrigates, and sprays planted areas; prunes and trims trees, shrubs, and hedges and feeds debris into a chipper, and removes debris when necessary.
- Operates, grounds maintenance equipment, including sharpening and maintaining hand and power tools, mowers, tractors and small equipment.

**Hours: 30-40 hours a week. Weekends as needed.**
**Salary: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour**

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
