**AZAD is seeking a Director of Telemetry for a W2 Contract position based in Los Angeles, CA.**

We are a leading provider of Technology Consulting, Project Management and Engineering solutions in the Pacific Northwest. Although we specialize in IT and Engineering consulting and staffing, Azad has recently expanded to provide healthcare recruitment and staffing. Azad's leadership has an extensive background and significant experience leading healthcare recruiting and staffing teams. Azad has experienced rapid growth within the last couple of years, and with that we are very excited to get back into the healthcare space

**Schedule**:Day Shift
**Assignment Duration**: 6+ Months
**Compensation & Benefits**:Starting at $80 an hour/$640 a day with a $183 lodging stipend/ $74 meals and incidental stipend. Benefits include a Co-paid Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance, Cafeteria Plan, and 401k, as well as the option for Paid Time Off (dependent on amount requested).

350 bed hospital.
Reports to CNE directly.
Strong critical care director.
10+ years of management/leadership experience.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, planning and evaluation skills.
Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
Dedicated to achieving excellence in patient care and customer service.
Committed to continuous quality improvement and results driven outcomes.
Committed to the development of professional practices.
Excellent human resource management skills.
Able to function independently and as a member of a team.
Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.

**Additional info**:
Need help stabilizing the unit.
Work with current manager and provide guidance and mentor them.
Two 30+ bed tele units.

**Education**:
Baccalaureate degree in the Science of Nursing (BSN).
Master's in Nursing or healthcare related (MSN, MBA, MHA).

**Licensure/Certification**:
Current licensure with the California Board of Registered Nursing.
Must successfully complete and maintain BLS certification.
