Three Stacks Distilling Co., LLC is a distillery located in Kinston, North Carolina. A high-capacity production craft distillery, the company produces and markets its brands, such as Social House Vodka, and offers contract distilling services, brokerage, barrel warehousing and packaging services.

**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Brewer to join our team. As a Brewer, you will be responsible for the production and maintenance of our mash recipes. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing industry.

**Duties**:

- Operate brewing equipment and ensure proper functioning
- Follow mash recipes and brewing procedures to produce high-quality mashes
- Monitor fermentation process and make necessary adjustments
- Clean and sanitize brewing equipment and facilities
- Conduct quality control tests to ensure product consistency and adherence to standards
- Assist with packaging, labeling, and inventory management
- Collaborate with the brewing team to develop new mash recipes
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in brewing, distilling, or related field preferred
- Strong mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting equipment issues
- Knowledge of HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) principles for food safety
- Familiarity with craft beer styles, ingredients, and brewing techniques
- Forklift operation experience is a plus
- Understanding of CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) in the food industry
- Ability to fabricate or repair equipment is desirable
- Experience working in a warehouse or production environment is beneficial

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $17.21 - $18.17 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
