Escrow Plus Inc. is looking for a driven and enthusiastic escrow assistant that is would like to join our fast-paced team We are looking for an individual that fit the following qualifications;
- **Must have previous experience working in an Escrow office.**
- Coordinate daily office operations and customer service while providing administrative support to escrow officers.
- Obtain contact information and mailing address of all parties
- Receive, review, and receipted earnest money for all residential and commercial contracts.
- Open title and escrow orders upon request, playing close attention to detail.
- Input escrow information into Streamline
- Send wire instructions to Buyer and Seller’s agents
- Communicate with buyers regarding funds
- Order all payoffs involved in transactions, property tax certificates, HOA resale certificates, and municipality lien status, / and or release.
- Input payoff demands into Streamline
- Researched customer files and prepared real estate closing documents.
- Send out escrow packages to all parties (including the processing of returned packages)
- Process closings and distribute closing funds
- Perform general office functions such as filing, photocopying, data entry and other duties.
- Assist in resolving and satisfying client requests and internal operational issues.
- Continually improve knowledge, skills and performance based on feedback and self-identified professional developmental needs

Pay: $16.00 - $30.00 per hour
