**Minimum Qualifications**:
High school diploma or GED; some college coursework preferred; one year of related work experience in the intellectual disability field; or an equivalent combination of training and experience. This position requires excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. The applicant should be familiar with outcomes, task analysis, and writing or summarizing daily documentation of consumer services. This position will also assist with administrative task as required by the program, regulations, and county. Training in office management software and basic computer skills, including work processing and typing skills. **Current valid driver’s license and good driving record required. Based on the Virginia DMV point system, record must not reflect a total of six or more demerit points within the twenty-four months preceding the anticipated hire date, or one major violation of six demerit points within the preceding thirty-six months. Out of state driving records must be obtained by applicant and presented at time of interview. Records must reflect at least three years of history and be dated within thirty days of interview date. Pre-employment drug testing, FBI criminal background check and education/degree verification required.**

**Duties**:
The Leisure Coach will help supervisory staff to complete basic word processing assignments, clerical tasks, complete monthly service billing for two program sites, and develop data connected to earning and loss reports for the program. This individual will help facilitate basic Leisure Coach duties, including but not limited to medication administration, unit's utilization, and assisting with in-house customer service needs. The individual will have a small caseload, develop treatment plans, write report summary of services, and provide general support for program services. Perform other work as required.
