Dashboard Technician

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Digital Signage Technician to join our team. As a Digital Signage Technician, you will be responsible for, enrolling and shipping chromeboxes for digital signage systems.

First Arriving is a fast-growing technology and marketing company serving public safety and local government based in Richmond, Virginia with clients across North America.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Installing and configuring chrome boxes for digital signage displays.
- Updating software and firmware on chrome boxes to ensure optimal performance.
- Shipping coordination for devices to customers
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth deployment and operation of digital signage projects.
- Assisting in the creation and scheduling of content for digital signage displays.

**Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Shipping experience a plus, but not required

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week
