Charles Schwab's **Retail Digital** team is responsible for defining, delivering, and managing the lifecycle of our platforms and services which enable digital interactions with clients at scale. Our digital experience is the way that most clients interact with us on a daily basis, and we’re focused on creating the best experience possible for our users.

Within Retail Digital, the Accounts - Foundational Experiences team is looking for an analytical, future-thinking problem solver to join our dynamic team. This Product Manager will drive the strategy for and management of a modern historical account management experience across web and mobile by collaborating with the software engineers, user experience designers and researchers, and cross-departmental business stakeholders. Experiences in scope include Transaction History, Statements, Tax, and Realized Gain/Loss.

**Key Functions**:
**Responsibilities include**:

- Accountable for the discovery and developing the client experience requirements.
- Prioritize work through opportunity validation and stakeholder consensus building.
- Develop an implementation plan by working with a team to determine technical feasibility and sequencing dependencies.
- Lead the generation of new ideas based on market analytics and interactions with stakeholders, clients and prospects.
- Partner with UX to create web and mobile designs and experiences.
- Champion Agile methodologies in daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning sessions, backlog prioritization, user story preparation and demos.
- Work cross-functionally with technical, design, business, and compliance counterparts to define product release requirements and investigate production issues as they arise.
- Deeply understand the backend architecture associated with your experiences.
- Lead data analysis, leveraging Adobe Analytics and Splunk.
- This is a hybrid position, working out of our Austin, TX location_

**What you have**:
Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 2+ years agile scrum experience.
- 2+ years digital Product Ownership experience.
- 5+ years experience in a financial or fintech firm.
- Experience with responsive web and mobile app development.
- Experience with stock sale nuances including short/long term capital gains, taxable / non-taxable holding types, and exercising options contracts.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with tax regulations such as “de minimus” preferred.
- Experience with document storage systems preferred.
- Experience with Adobe Analytics preferred.
