**Position Summary**

This is a full-time, on-site position, based in our Chandler, Arizona office.

As a Credit Analyst at Reliant, you will play a crucial role in evaluating financial risks and ensuring adherence to sound credit practices. This position demands well-informed credit assessments through detailed analysis and close review of the Sponsor’s current and past financial profile. Your efforts will help consistently document a package for further internal Underwriting review, including Loan Committee.

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Perform detailed credit analysis, evaluating the financial profiles of Sponsors.
- Provide consistent and accurate updates to both peers and your supervisor.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, economic conditions, and industry-specific factors.
- Recommend and implement best practices as part of Reliant’s dedication to creating an industry-leading customer experience.
- Work efficiently under minimum supervision.
- Pay close attention to detail and consistency in analysis and findings presentation format.
- Advise and/or review peer work product as a quality control.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field is preferred.
- Five plus years’ relevant experience in credit analysis and financial statement evaluation.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with industry-standard credit scoring models and underwriting processes.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools, including Excel or other ‘spreads’ formats.
