**Landscape Horticulture Sales & Client Relations Manager**

LandWorks, LLC, a high-end residential full-service landscape company, is currently seeking a **Landscape Horticulture Sales & Client Relations Manager** in the greater Milwaukee area. We are committed to delivering the highest standards of service and fostering a healthy company culture.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales & Business Development**: Estimate, sell and service all lines with emphasis on **Full Service Landscape Maintenance** ensuring appropriate profit margins.
- **Client Liaison**: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring our crews maintain their properties to the highest standards and guiding them through the sale, service, bill-collect process.
- **Project Management**: Translate client needs into detailed work orders, direct jobs, and ensure crews understand the requirements.
- **Client Communication**: Proactively communicate project schedules, change proposals, and related project activities to continuously improve client satisfaction.
- **Training & Development**: Attend training seminars and recruiting events as requested.
- **Snow Removal Operations**: Participate in snow removal operations as needed.
- **Compliance & Safety**: Understand and follow LandWorks policies, procedures, and safety requirements.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Seek personal development through coursework, certifications, and licensing.
- **Marketing & PR**: Participate in LandWorks public relations opportunities and other marketing efforts.
- **Adaptability**: Willingness to adapt to other job tasks as assigned.

**Working Relationships**:
**Maintenance Production Lead**: Collaborate as necessary for overall job responsibilities.
- **Maintenance Field Supervisors**: Exchange information to maximize the effectiveness of daily operations.
- **Crew Leaders & Members**: Establish relationships to better understand, relate, and support assigned personnel.
- **Administration**: Serve as the direct liaison for attendance and paperwork.
- **Scheduling Team**: Assist with coordinating crew and job assignments.

**Desirable Qualifications**:

- **Plant Knowledge**: Expertise in plant identification, nutritional and cultural requirements, and care.
- **Pest Management**: Knowledge of common plant pests, insects, and diseases.
- **Sales Skills**: Solid sales skills and the ability to uncover effective client solutions.
- **Technical Skills**: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Ability to maintain healthy client relationships without shying away from difficult conversations.

Pay: $1,200.00 - $1,400.00 per week

**Experience**:

- Professional Gardening/Horticulture: 3 years (required)
