**Compensation**:
$85,000 - $175,000 yearly

**Responsibilities**:

- Utilize local knowledge of the community to provide detailed information about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhoods to assist clients in making informed decisions
- Consistently follow up with leads to expand the sales pipeline and ensure no opportunities are missed
- Foster strong relationships with clients to enhance sales opportunities and create a personalized experience for each client
- Actively seek out new leads to drive business growth and promote the company's services
- Conduct meetings with clients to identify their home preferences, address their needs effectively, and facilitate successful home purchases
- Manage the listing and selling of residential real estate properties in your area
- Skillfully negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with both buyers and sellers to secure successful deals
- Present compelling listing value propositions to sellers, highlighting the unique benefits of working with our team
- Provide expert guidance to clients throughout the real estate transaction process, ensuring a smooth and successful experience

**Qualifications**:

- To be considered for this position as a Zillow Flex Real Estate Sales Agent in Chino, CA, US, you must possess a valid Real Estate License
- Being tech-savvy is a crucial requirement for this role
- Preferred qualifications include a proven track record of successful sales experience
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills are essential for this position
- Organizational skills and effective time management are key attributes needed for this role
