**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Runs the service side of our restaurant which includes overseeing the interview and hiring processes for positions such as servers, drivers, and bartenders. Also oversees, directs, and actively participates in the training of personnel in these positions.
- Creates, plans, and maintains shift schedules.
- Oversees that all opening and closing duties of the outlets are completed correctly while supervising the cleanliness and upkeep of the dining room, bar, patio, and guest contact areas, including restrooms.
- Organizes and supervises individual shifts, ensuring efficient restaurant operations, as well as maintaining high production, productivity, and quality.
- Oversees the dining room, balances seating capacity, checks in with dining guests, and sees that they are served in a manner that meets the customer-service standards set by the restaurant.
- Leads by example and uplifts our staff during busy moments by facilitating a line of communication between the servers and the kitchen to provide a seamless experience.
- Appraises staff performance and provides feedback to improve productivity.
- Responsible for daily deposits, balancing all the daily and nightly cash drawers, and the correct operation of the POS system.
- Maintains the restaurant's revenue, profitability, and quality goals.
- Controls operational costs and identifies measures to cut waste.
- Inventory and maintenance of par levels for front-of-house items.
- Enforces compliance and monitors all health, safety, and sanitation standards in all outlets of the restaurant.
- Responds efficiently and accurately to customer complaints according to provided guidelines.
- Promotes the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events.
- Recommends ways to reach a broader audience (e.g. discounts and social media ads).
- Implements policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations.

**Requirements and Qualifications**:

- Several years of experience as a restaurant manager, general manager, hospitality manager, or similar role with experience in both front and back-of-house operations.
- Currently seeking or completing a bachelor’s degree in a hospitality-related field.
- Punctual, professional, thorough, and organized.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership, management, motivational, and people skills.
- Organized and capable of multi-tasking with attention to detail.
- Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge, with the ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait for staff.
- Acute financial management skills.
- High standards of personal hygiene and personal appearances.
- Ability to be on feet for several hours at a time.
- Experience using POS systems preferred.
- ServSafe training preferred, Georgia food handlers, and alcohol license.
- Proficient in English.
- Some Spanish a Plus.
