Wood Framing Superintendent

As a Framing Superintendent, you will be working in a fast paced construction environment independently driving exceptional service and results on major wood framing projects. Your specific duties will include but are not limited to:
Read specifications, such as blueprints, to determine construction requirements or to plan procedures. Inspect work progress, equipment, or construction sites to verify safety or to ensure that specifications are met.

Job Requirements:
As a Framing Superintendent, you must be highly organized, thorough, and detailed-oriented with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects/task and communicate with personnel. You must be able to read architecture and structural drawings to determine correct header sizes, wall types, shear walls, building hardware listed on the structural details, dimensions and review plans to verify details are being installed correctly in the field. The ability to drive a job site lull is not a requirement. However, beneficial. You must have transportation.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

- 5 years

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

- English and Spanish would be helpful (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

- Athens, GA: Relocate before starting work (required)
