Poolside Grille and Snack Bar Supervisor

Llanerch Country Club is a Member-Owned Private Country Club established in 1901. It is located just west of Philadelphia. Llanerch is a family club in the truest sense of the word and has full-service amenities including pool, tennis/pickle ball, golf, and dining. We are seeking to grow our team with motivated, friendly service professionals in full and part-time roles. We pride ourselves on creating a fun workplace for our staff while providing exceptional service to our members.

The Llanerch Country Club pool is a beautiful, relaxing outdoor amenity offered to our members and is open daily from Memorial Day weekend until Labor Day weekend. The Snack Bar offers light fare to the membership and our Poolside Grille offers more extensive menu options with a full service cocktail bar available Friday-Sunday.

In addition to supervising our poolside food & beverage team, primary duties include:

- Ensuring the timely service and consistent quality of our food and beverage offerings
- Offering warm and gracious hospitality in every interaction with our members and being a shining example of customer service for the poolside F&B team
- Maintaining clean and pristine spaces for our members to enjoy while at the pool
- Maintaining clean and safe workspaces for our employees
- Monitoring inventory levels of the products offered at the Snack Bar and Poolside Grille

**Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Basic math: 1 year (preferred)
