Data Entry and Processing Agent

**What you would do at the company**:
The Data Entry and Processing Agent position entails reviewing customer _service orders, _processing them (reviewing for errors, missing data, accuracy), and forwarding them to the appropriate federal and/or state agency awaiting issuance of proof of completed service (permit, update, registration, tax return). If you're looking for variety and like to be challenged by dealing with different types of clients and agencies then this job would be a perfect fit for you. **What we require from you**:

- Above anything: a positive, energetic attitude and willingness to learn and **help** customers.
- Great communication skills, both written and verbal (ideally, you should have experience with customer service/call center)
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Type at least 40 WPM, navigate the internet, use a multi-line phone system (again, we'll teach you)
- Be punctual and have a good work ethic (this we cannot teach you)
- Knowledge of **Spanish** is a huge plus but it's not required
