Front Desk Receptionist

**About Us**:
Come join our team at one of the top hotels in the Killington area We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Hotel Front Desk Agent. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in ensuring their satisfaction and providing a memorable experience during their stay.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
- Check guests in and out efficiently, processing payments and providing necessary information about hotel services and amenities.
- Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally, providing accurate information and assistance.
- Assist guests with luggage, transportation arrangements, and other concierge services as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, including the lobby and surrounding areas.
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure seamless communication and guest satisfaction.
- Follow all hotel policies and procedures to ensure the safety and security of guests and their belongings.
- Setting up and breaking down breakfast

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in computer systems and hotel management software.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: $17.00 - $22.18 per hour
