As **BCBA** **Program Supervisor, **you will:

- Make a measurable and lasting impact in the lives of young children.
- Support the continued growth and development of an exceptional clinical team.
- Train staff in the delivery of individualized treatment programs for early learners.
- Deliver an engaging parent training program that drives lifelong outcomes.
- Integrate the latest research of ABA programs for young children.
- Advocate for the importance of early intervention and research-based practices.

**Elevation Autism Center** is an independently-owned provider of early intervention ABA services to the Atlanta community. Our company is focused on serving the unique needs of children from 1- 6 years old with comprehensive programming delivered in a fun and engaging environment.
- Experience as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in a clinical setting.
- Expertise in the development, implementation and oversight of comprehensive programming for children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder.
- Confidence and enthusiasm in promoting the principles of ABA to caregivers and staff
- A passion for developing communication skills in early learners between 1-3 years old
- Understanding and experience with implementing strategies for maladaptive behavior
- Full understanding of Verbal Behavior, Natural Environment Teaching (NET), and Discrete Trail Teaching (DTT).

Pay: $76,000.00 - $93,000.00 per year
