**Responsibilities**:

- Handle all duties in a timely manner
- Perform basic clinical and administrative tasks as assigned
- Triage and prep patients for exams/blood draws/perform diagnostic testing (EKG,PFT, ABI, Audiogram)
- Refill prescriptions as approved by physician and obtain pre-authorizations
- Rotate between front office and back office duties as assigned
- Draw and administer injections as assigned by the physician

**Qualifications**
- **Must have RMA, CMA or CCMA certification**:

- Previous experience in healthcare preferred but not required
- Familiarity with basic clinical and administrative procedures
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to thrive with mínimal supervision
- Some front desk experience preferred
- Possess a basic knowledge of professional telephone etiquette
- Possess basic understanding of medical terminology
