- Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally
- Assist customers with placing orders and provide product information
- Utilize Aloha POS system to process transactions efficiently
- Upsell additional products or services to customers
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with patience and empathy
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in Aloha POS system
- Knowledge of POS systems in general
- Experience in food handling or the food industry
- Strong upselling skills
- Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately
- Sales experience is a plus
- Excellent time management abilities
- Familiarity with retail math concepts
- Strong mathematical aptitude
- Passion for the food industry
