General Cleaner

_**Lacosta Facility Services conducts pre-employment drug screens and background checks**_

LACOSTA is looking for a general cleaner to take care of our facilities and carry out cleaning and maintenance duties. The goal is to keep our building in a clean and orderly condition.

**Pay**:$15 an hour plus full benefits and weekly pay (every Friday)

**Schedule**:6PM - 2:30AM, Monday - Friday

**Responsibilities**
- Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc)
- Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
- Carry out cleansing tasks and special projects
- Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
- Make adjustments and minor repairs
- Stock and maintain supply rooms
- Cooperate with the rest of the staff
- Follow all health and safety regulations

**Examples of cleaning tasks include, but are not limited to**:

- Edging
- Dusting
- Restroom Cleaning
- Restock & Stock Restrooms
- Window Cleaning
- Trash Removal
- Wipe down sinks, partitions and stainless steel
- Straighten areas, such as lobbies, conference rooms, locker rooms, & break rooms
- Restock supply cabinet/room
- Transport trash & waste to proper disposal areas

**Skills**
- Previous experience as a cleaner preferred
- Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets
- Integrity

Pay: $15.00 per hour
